Geffen Academy’s varsity boys and girls basketball teams will host their first home games of the season this week when New Roads visits UCLA’s SAC Gym on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

The Bruin girls will kick off a doubleheader against the Jags with a 4:00pm tip-off followed by the boys contest at 6:00pm.

Geffen Academy’s boys team enters the game fresh off an 8-point victory against Newbury Park Adventist, 51-43, at the de Toledo Tournament.  The Geffen Academy girls are seeking their first win of the season following games against local heavyweights Marymount and St. Mary’s Academy.
