Alex C. ’32 Impresses at Novice Tournament

BURBANK- Geffen Academy fencer Alex C. ’32 had an impressive outing at the Novice Tournament hosted this past weekend at Providence High School, earning third place at the event.

A sixth-grader, Alex had also previously medaled at a competition earlier this season at Chaminade High School.

“Alex did a great job,” Geffen Academy head coach Carla Corbit said.

 

The Bruin fencers will resume action in January when high school competition kicks off on Jan. 25 at Brentwood High School.
